Issue No. 02
June 2026
This month's theme —
Momentum.
Helping your scholar stay focused, connected, and growing through the summer months.
From the Team

Summer can either feel like a pause or a launchpad. This month is about helping your scholar keep momentum going — whether that means building healthy routines, working toward a career goal, preparing for internships, or simply staying connected to their support system.

Encourage your scholar to think intentionally about how they want to spend their summer. A quick conversation now can help them build confidence, consistency, and clarity before the fall semester begins.

The rest of this issue includes a question for your next check-in, Match Day on the calendar, a look back at our End of Year Celebration with Dean's List recognition, resources to share with scholars, and a short read worth your time.

End of Year celebration
End of Year Celebration — May 2026
A night of celebration to close out the academic year — and a long list of scholars worth recognizing.

Last month we wrapped the academic year at our End of Year Celebration. It was a chance to gather, reflect, and thank every scholar and coach who showed up for each other this year. Thanks to everyone who joined us — these moments are why the work matters.

A special shoutout to the scholars who earned Dean's List honors this semester:

  • Ana Garay
  • Ndeye Wade
  • Sarah Ottley
  • Nick Corona
  • Tricia Roth
  • Jada Wallace
  • Aldo Espinoza
  • Nate Dunn
  • T.J. Matchen
  • Kyla Thomas
  • Kiemauri Sanks
  • Alayah Bowie
  • Caelyn Harper

If your scholar is on this list, take a moment to celebrate with them — earned recognition lands differently when someone in their corner names it out loud.
